Once your request is received by Oaklawn, these will be processed and mailed to you after year end. Please allow up to one (1) week for Oaklawn to process your request. If your request is received by Oaklawn in January-May, processing may take up to two (2) weeks due to the volume of requests. Illegible or incomplete requests may not be processed. If you requested to receive your statement via email, we will send it to the email address on file in your Rewards account.
